The Computer Centre at El Sheikh Abdallah El-Badri University is considered the beating technological heart of the university, providing a wide range of technical services to support the educational and administrative processes. The centre consists of four main departments.
Network and Infrastructure Section:
- Installation and maintenance of internal and external networks.
- Providing internet service and ensuring connection stability.
- Managing corporate servers and providing protection for them.
2. Technical support:
- Assisting users in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Maintenance of computer devices and printers.
- Software and operating system updates.
3. Software Management:
- Development and maintenance of the organization’s internal systems (such as the electronic registration system or management systems).
- Providing and managing licenses for the software used in the organization.
- Providing cloud computing services.
5. E-learning services:
- Management of e-learning platforms (such as Moodle or Blackboard).
- Supporting faculty members and students in the use of distant learning technologies.
- Providing digital educational content
